Design Concepts & Ideations: A presentation of solutions that brings the design to life.

Creation of Technical Interior Plans: In both 2D and 3D formats, with physical samples of materials to support drawings.

Procurement of Materials, Furnishings & Professional Services: Depending on your needs, we regularly source from a network of trusted contractors and skilled trades, or we will coordinate your project through your preferred network of trades.

Project Coordination & Supervision: Assembly, installation, finish elements and other deliverables within project timelines.

Typically, a design reincarnation where the purpose of the space remains similar or enhanced. We assess the space with you and then create designs to uniquely reflect your personal image or professional brand. This process includes:

Documentation of Areas Where Design Work Will Commence: Chelsea Marie Studio will produce a series of drawings that represent the existing spatial conditions as well as a proposed spatial layout with annotations and other details.

Presentation of Design Concepts: Includes colors, lighting, materials and textures, flooring, furnishings and fixtures. Based on the suggested spatial layouts, we will show supporting materials and furnishings that completes the space(s) along with a thorough budget analysis.

Project Coordination & Supervision: Engagement of contractors and trades. Supervision of install and finish elements.

Expert design advice for D-I-Y project implementation.

A custom interior design plan for your D-I-Y remodel or redecorating project. If you have no fear but are unsure creatively when it comes to the art of choosing colors, textures, lighting and the world of options for spatial layouts, Chelsea Marie Studio provides the roadmap while you do the driving. Consultation services include:

Discovery Call: A 30-minute call to discuss your project needs and goals in full detail.

Project Review: Chelsea Marie Studio will review your project internally given the provided plans and inspiration materials given during the Discovery Call (i.e. social media links/posts/boards, project outline, etc.).

Consultation: We'll schedule an in-person meeting to share our advice and design ideas on. your project, as well as budget and overall action plan. Timing for this meeting can range from 2-3 hours depending on the scope of work and project.

If you decide to engage us for more in-depth design coordination and supervision (as noted in the first two tiers above), your consultation fee will apply towards the project fee.
